1. When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or local couriers.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Email novorogroup@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
4. Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
